LGSW Supervision

MARILYN LAMMERT – LGSW SUPERVISION- MARYLAND BOARD APPROVED SUPERVISOR

Since 1979, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, as individuals, couples and in groups and have been a teacher and supervisor of social workers and social work students during that period, as well. My teaching and supervising approach is to start with what is presented, briefly offer conceptual and theoretical perspectives, and then offer ways to access what is needed experientially.  It's my belief that often we have more wisdom than we know, but don't always have direct access to it.  My focus is to help you learn based on who you are and how you experience what you experience.

In addition to being a Maryland Board Approved Supervisor, I am also a Maryland Board Approved  Category 1 continuing education sponsor (social work).

Comments From Previous Experiential Consultation Group Members

"By combining your words, your still presence, a sense of no-judgment, and experiential work you make it possible to really take in the concepts. I find I am using the techniques almost unconsciously and that the underlying principles are often available to my interactions with clients."

"The actual experiencing is helpful to my ability to process as concepts are newer to me."
